Build deep kicks, metallic hits, noisy textures and shifting rhythmic patterns with two oscillators, fast envelopes and hands-on patching. SHAPE THE HIT Tune two wide-range oscillators, switch waveforms and explore hard sync and oscillator-to-oscillator FM. Blend in noise, then shape pitch, filter and volume with three independent percussion envelopes. A resonant low-pass or high-pass filter takes the sound from rounded bass to sharp, unstable percussion. MAKE THE PATTERN Edit pitch and velocity directly across eight steps. Set sequence length from 1 to 8 steps on the main panel, adjust tempo in whole BPM or enter an exact decimal value, and choose how the pitch sequence controls the oscillators. Seven sequence slots hold independent instrument states, including the sequence, sound and patch settings. Copy and paste a complete slot with its sound, or use the separate pattern editing tools to rotate, reverse and vary a sequence. Recall slots from the panel or with MIDI keyswitches. EXPLORE FLAVOUR Choose oscillator colour and waveform with graphical selectors, adjust pulse bias, and shape the filter with drive, selectable slopes, profiles and character. IMPACT BODY adds a tuned resonator for extra body and ringing textures. PATCH AND PERFORM The 24-socket patch system connects audio, modulation, envelopes, velocity, trigger and clock signals. Explore new relationships between the voice and sequencer, then save the patch with your sound. EXT brings together delay and reverb, MIDI/MPE controller setup and Learn, performance macros and sequence-slot settings. Edit the IMPACT signature macro's targets and ranges to shape several parameters with one gesture. KEEP YOUR SOUNDS Save complete USER presets and access the same library in standalone and AUv3. Optional private iCloud sync keeps USER presets available across devices using the same Apple Account. Local presets remain available offline; iCloud sync requires network access and available iCloud storage.
