Automation should feel like playing an instrument, not drawing tiny lines with a mouse. Glide turns your iPhone or iPad into a touch controller for Ableton Live. Pair it once with the Glide companion on your Mac, map a parameter, hit record, and perform the movement in real time. THREE WAYS TO MOVE SPRING Push or pull a parameter, then let go. It returns cleanly to the centre. Great for dynamics, pitch-style moves, momentary effects and expressive swells. FADER Ride a parameter up or down and leave it exactly where you want it. Ideal for modulation, expression, wet/dry levels, volume and long automation passes. X · Y Control two parameters together with one finger. Draw curves, circles and gestures that are difficult to perform with a mouse. BUILT FOR THE MOMENT • Map each control independently • Move across pages to keep multiple mappings ready • Double-tap Fader or X · Y to return to centre • Pair privately using a one-time QR code • Runs over your local Wi-Fi network • No account, ads or cloud processing • Your automation stays between your device and your Mac QUICK WORKFLOW 1. Open Glide on your Mac and iPhone or iPad. 2. Enter MIDI Map Mode in Ableton Live. 3. Select a parameter and tap the matching Map button in Glide. 4. Hit record and perform the automation. REQUIREMENTS • Glide companion for Mac • Apple silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later • Ableton Live 12 • iPhone or iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17 or later • Both devices connected to the same local network Glide is a MIDI controller and does not generate audio.
